Mewto Print
Mewto Print
Mewto was a samurai inspired kitten based off of my two favorite characters from the novel Ready Player One; Daito and Shoto. When their names are combined it forms the word Daisho, which is the word given for the long and short swords carried by Samurai.
originally done on a 12x12 canvas.
To make the portrait dimensions I digitally extended the top and bottom of the painting as to not distort the original kitten. all of my prints up to 13x19 in size I do myself, and swear by Red River Paper for all of my prints. These are done on their metallic gloss. After testing numerous different sample papers, these stood out above all as the best looking prints I have ever seen. Thick sturdy paper stock.
If you prefer a matte/flat look, please message me. I have a canvas paper stock that I typically use for all of my watercolor painting prints, and it is outstanding quality if you don't prefer not to have a gloss finish. The canvas stock is a pressed cotton paper that has a physical texture and look that mimics canvas. It has small bumps and ridges that give it a textural look and feel to the touch.
All of my wrapped canvas prints are printed and wrapped on 1.25" thick hardwood frames. I can also have them wrapped on 1.5" if you contact me first for pricing. (it's only a few dollars more.)
If you are looking for a size you don't see listed, please shoot me a message.
